Welcome to Easy2Text

Easy2Text Service Terms (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") are signed by you and the developer of Easy2Text (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We will help you understand the rights and obligations of this application license and related aspects through this agreement. You should confirm that you have read and fully understood the terms of this agreement, and this agreement will take effect from the date of your first use of Easy2Text application.

User Account

  1. You are responsible for protecting your account security and for all activities under your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to fulfill this security obligation.
  2. You must not use the service for any illegal, immoral, or contrary to public order and good customs.
  3. Users must be natural persons. Accounts cannot be registered through "robots" or other automated methods.
  4. Users can delete their accounts themselves. After deletion, all related data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Payment and Refund

  1. We provide free trial services and clearly state the free period. After the free period expires, you need to pay for continued use. If you do not pay, the related services will be terminated.
  2. We provide paid services based on audio duration. You can purchase time packages, and the validity period of the time package is one year, starting from the date of purchase.
  3. You can view your account balance and purchase records at any time through our website or application.
  4. We provide refund services, but only under the following conditions: 1) You apply for a refund within 7 days after purchase. 2) You have not used the time package.

Data Storage and Deletion

Your data is stored on our servers in the United States, and we will not share your data with third parties. You can learn more about how we handle your data through our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to access our servers or networks without authorization
  • Use robots to batch obtain our free credits

Termination

If a user violates this agreement, we can immediately terminate or suspend your account and access to our services without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In any case, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated terms on this page.
